Artist Statement
As an artist, I seek to fuse and blur the line between aesthetic and human experience. Using a unique approach to ballet technique and fusing various other styles of movement, I focus on symmetry versus asymmetry, uniformity versus individuality, strong lines and pictures, and establishing the connection between humanism and experiences emotionally, physically, and mentally. I am inspired by people around me to create, respond, and interact with the relationships between people and with oneself. Ones unique stories and experiences deserve to be told, and once everything else is stripped away, we can be seen as one. This is shown through not only movement, but in all aspects of life, bridging the gap through presentation visual movement.
